Why we built Schedulify
Schedulify is an AI calendar app that plans your week and gives clients a booking link that respects it. It exists because those two jobs are usually done by two products that never talk to each other.
The problem we kept running into
If you sell your time, your calendar has two masters. Clients need to be able to book you. You need to protect the hours where the actual work happens. Almost every tool picks one side.
Booking tools publish your empty space without knowing what you owe anyone. Planners and AI schedulers arrange your work beautifully and then have no answer when a client asks for a time. So people run both, and spend their week reconciling them by hand — or worse, find out about the collision after it has already happened.
Schedulify treats those as one problem. The plan and the availability are the same object: the assistant places your work into real time blocks, and your booking link only offers what is genuinely left.
What we believe about scheduling
- A plan you did not agree to is not a plan. The assistant proposes; you decide. Draft schedules exist so you can see a week before committing to it.
- A free plan should be usable. Ours includes the assistant, with no credit card and no trial timer. The paid tiers sell Google sync, task deconstruction and booking links — not basic access.
- Your calendar is sensitive. Schedule data is encrypted in transit and at rest, we do not sell personal data, and you can delete your account and its data from your settings at any time.
- You should not have to migrate. Schedulify syncs two-way with Google Calendar rather than asking you to abandon it.
Where we are today
Schedulify is a young product built by a small team. That means some things are genuinely better here — the planning-plus-booking combination does not really exist elsewhere — and some things are not yet as deep as the incumbents.
