Comparison
Schedulify vs Motion
Motion is the more powerful auto-scheduler, and it is not close on task management depth. Schedulify is cheaper, has a free plan, and does one thing Motion does not: it lets clients book against the week it just planned.
The short version
Use Motion if auto-scheduling a heavy, shifting task load is the core problem — especially across a team. It reshuffles more aggressively than we do and its project management is genuinely deeper.
Use Schedulify if you sell your time and need the plan and the booking page to be the same thing, or if you want to try an AI calendar without paying first.

When Motion is the better choice
- Your task load is large and constantly moving. Motion’s continuous rescheduling handles that better than asking an assistant to replan.
- You need real project management. Projects, workloads and team task assignment are Motion’s territory, not ours.
- You are scheduling for a whole team’s workload. We have shared calendars and seats; Motion has far more.
- Budget is not a constraint. If price is not the issue and booking links do not matter to you, the extra depth is worth it.
Where Schedulify genuinely wins
You can try it for nothing. Motion has no free plan, so evaluating it means paying first. Schedulify’s free tier includes the assistant and 50 AI actions a month, which is enough to plan real weeks and decide.
Booking and planning are one system. If clients book time with you, this is the difference that matters. Your booking link only offers slots your planned week can spare, so a new client cannot quietly take the morning you had set aside for their deliverable.
It costs less. Pro, including booking links, is $19 CAD a month. See pricing.
