Schedulify does not ask you to migrate. It imports and exports events with the Google calendars you choose, so your existing commitments are respected before anything gets planned or booked.

Why this is a sync, not a replacement
Google Calendar is a very good calendar. It is a poor planner — it will hold every meeting you have agreed to and tell you nothing about whether the work you promised can still fit around them.
So Schedulify sits on top rather than in place of it. Your meetings stay where they are and where your colleagues can see them. Schedulify reads them, plans your actual work into the gaps, and makes sure your booking link never offers time that is already committed in either system.

You select the specific Google calendars to import from and export to. Anything you leave out stays out.
Your commitments come in
Imported events are treated as fixed. The assistant plans around them rather than over them.
Your plans and bookings go out
What you schedule in Schedulify — including time a client books through your link — can be exported back, so the calendar your colleagues see stays accurate.
Common questions
Does Schedulify replace Google Calendar?
No, and it is not designed to. Most people keep Google Calendar as the record of their meetings and use Schedulify to plan work around it and to take bookings. Events sync both ways, so you are not choosing one over the other.
Which plans include Google Calendar sync?

Can I choose which calendars sync?
Yes. You pick which specific Google calendars to import from and export to, so a personal calendar can stay out of your work planning if you want it to.
Will syncing cause double bookings?
No — it prevents them. Events imported from Google are treated as real commitments, so neither the assistant nor your booking link will offer time you have already agreed to elsewhere.
