Schedulify is a calendar app that plans your week for you. You add what you need to get done and its AI assistant places the work into real time blocks around the meetings you already have. It syncs both ways with Google Calendar, and it can give clients a booking link that only offers the slots your plan can spare.
Freelancers, consultants, coaches, tutors, students and small teams — anyone who has to plan their own work and also let other people book time with them. It is most useful if you currently run a planner and a separate booking page and keep having to reconcile the two.
No. Schedulify runs in your web browser, so there is nothing to install and nothing to keep updated. Sign up and you can plan your first week straight away.
Signing up and planning a first week takes a few minutes. Connecting Google Calendar, available from the Starter plan up, takes another minute and is the step most people find worth doing first — it means your existing commitments are respected before anything gets scheduled.
It looks at what is already committed in your week — meetings, synced Google Calendar events and work you have already placed — finds the gaps, and puts your tasks in them. You are never locked into what it suggests: you can move any block yourself, or ask it to try again.
Large, vague tasks cannot be scheduled directly. Task deconstruction breaks something like “launch the new pricing page” into concrete steps small enough to put in a calendar block and actually finish. It is available from the Starter plan up.
A draft lets you see a proposed version of your week, adjust it, and only then commit it to your real calendar. It is useful when the assistant has rearranged a lot at once and you want to sanity-check the result first. Available from the Starter plan up.
One AI action is one request to the Schedulify Assistant — asking it to plan your week, reschedule a block, or break a task into steps. Browsing your calendar, creating events by hand and taking bookings do not use AI actions. Free includes 50 a month, Starter 200, Pro 500 and Teams 1,000.
Calendly books meetings. It has no idea what else is on your plate. Schedulify plans your actual week first — deep work, admin, prep, personal time — and then hands clients a booking link that only offers the slots that survive. One tool instead of a booking page fighting a separate planner.
No. Booking links read your live calendar, including anything synced in from Google. As long as an event is locked, that slot is committed and never gets offered. When a client books, the event lands on your calendar immediately.
Yes. Pro includes booking links: a public page clients open to book time against your real availability, with no back-and-forth. You can create links per service, revoke them any time, and keep them private to specific people.
The slot frees up and the rest of your week stays intact. Because Schedulify knows what the block was for, you can ask the assistant to move the work somewhere else in the week rather than losing the time entirely.
No. As long as an event or focus block is locked, it counts as committed time on your calendar and clients will not be able to book over it.
Yes. You can import and export events between specific Google calendars and Schedulify, so your existing commitments are respected before anything gets scheduled or booked. Available from the Starter plan up.
Most people use it alongside Google Calendar rather than instead of it. Schedulify syncs events both ways, so Google Calendar stays the record of your meetings while Schedulify handles the planning and the booking on top of it.
Yes, on Pro and up. Shared calendars let you plan around someone you work closely with — a business partner, an assistant, a co-founder — rather than colliding with them.
Yes. There is a genuinely free tier that includes the AI assistant and 50 AI actions a month, with no credit card required. Starter is $9 CAD a month for personal planning with Google Calendar sync, and Pro is $19 CAD a month, adding booking links, shared calendars and a higher monthly AI action limit.
Motion automatically schedules tasks, but it has no client booking and no free plan. Schedulify does both: it plans your week and gives clients a booking link that respects that plan, starting at $19 CAD a month for Pro — and there is a genuinely free tier with the AI assistant included.
Teams is billed per seat, starting at $29 CAD per seat per month and dropping to $20 CAD per seat at nine or more members. It includes everything in Pro plus custom branding and priority support.
Yes. Plans are month-to-month unless you choose annual billing, and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your account settings at any time.
Your schedule data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell personal data to third parties. You can delete your account and data at any time from your account settings. We comply with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act) requirements.
Your account stays accessible on the free plan, and you can export your calendar or delete your account and its data entirely from your settings whenever you want.
