Booking links
A booking link that knows what else you have on
Most booking tools sell your calendar's empty space. Schedulify plans your week first — then hands clients a link that only offers the time your plan can genuinely spare.
Booking links are included on Pro.
The problem with a booking page that runs on its own
If you sell your time, you are probably running two systems that do not talk to each other. A booking page publishes your availability to clients. A planner — or a notebook, or your memory — holds everything you actually have to deliver.
The booking page only knows about meetings. So it will happily sell Thursday morning to a new client while the work you promised for Thursday afternoon still has not been started. You find out later, and the only thing left to give is your evening.
Blocking out fake “busy” events to protect yourself works until the week changes, which it always does. Then the fake blocks are wrong and you are back to reconciling two calendars by hand.
How Schedulify does it instead
Your week gets planned first
You tell the assistant what needs to get done. It places that work into real blocks around the meetings you already have, including anything synced in from Google Calendar.
Your link reads the live calendar
When a client opens your booking link, it checks what is actually committed right now — meetings and planned work alike — and only shows the slots that are genuinely free.
The booking lands immediately
When a client picks a time, the event appears on your calendar straight away. There is no confirmation step where the two systems can drift apart.
A reschedule does not cost you the week
If a client moves or cancels, the slot frees up and the rest of your plan stays intact. Because Schedulify knows what each block was for, you can ask the assistant to move that work elsewhere rather than losing the time.
Control over who gets to book you
- Links per service. A 30-minute intro call and a two-hour working session do not need the same availability. Create a separate link for each.
- Private links. Keep a link limited to specific people rather than publishing it.
- Revoke any time. A link you no longer want live can be turned off without affecting bookings already made.
- No double-booking. Committed time is never offered, whether the commitment came from Schedulify or from Google Calendar.
Who this is for
Booking links are most useful if you both plan your own work and sell time to other people: consultants, freelancers, coaches, tutors, agency owners and small teams. If you currently pay for a booking tool and a separate planner and keep having to reconcile the two, this is the feature that removes one of them.
If you only need to publish open slots and never have to protect heads-down work, a standalone booking tool is genuinely simpler and you probably do not need Schedulify for this. See the honest comparison on Schedulify vs Calendly.
Common questions
How is this different from Calendly?
Calendly books meetings against whatever is free on your calendar. It has no idea what work you still have to do. Schedulify plans your week first, including deep work and prep, and then only offers clients the slots that survive that plan.
Can a client book over my focus time?
No. As long as an event or focus block is locked, it counts as committed time on your calendar and clients will not be able to book over it.
Do booking links work with Google Calendar?
Yes. Events synced in from Google are treated as real commitments, so a slot you have already agreed to elsewhere is never offered to a client.
Which plan includes booking links?
Booking links are included on Pro, which is $19 CAD a month, and on Teams. Free and Starter do not include them.
