AI calendar

An AI calendar that turns your to-do list into a real week

Most calendars are an empty grid you fill in yourself. Schedulify's assistant reads what is already committed, finds the gaps, and puts your actual work in them.

The assistant is on every plan, including the free one.

How the assistant plans a week

  1. It reads what is already fixed

Meetings, events synced in from Google Calendar, and anything you have already placed yourself. These are treated as immovable unless you say otherwise.

  2. You tell it what needs doing

In plain language. If a task is too big or too vague to schedule, task deconstruction breaks it into steps small enough to finish in a block.

  3. It places the work in real blocks

Not a list with due dates — actual time on actual days, fitted around what was already there.

  4. You keep the final say

Move anything by hand, or ask it to try again. On Starter and up, draft schedules let you review a whole proposed week before it touches your real calendar.

What makes it different from other AI calendars

There are several good AI schedulers now. Motion and Reclaim both auto-schedule work well. The thing none of them do is take client bookings against the plan they just built.

In Schedulify, planning and availability are the same object. When the assistant commits a block to deep work, your booking link stops offering that time — automatically, with no blocker events to maintain. If you both plan your own work and sell time to other people, that is the whole point.

What it will not do

Being straight about the limits, because an AI calendar that overpromises is worse than none:

  • It does not know how long your work takes. It uses what you tell it. Bad estimates in, bad plan out.
  • It will not silently rearrange things behind you. Replanning happens when you ask for it.
  • It is not a project manager. There are no dependencies, gantt charts or resource allocation here.
  • AI actions are capped per plan. 50 a month on Free, 200 on Starter, 500 on Pro, 1,000 on Teams. Ordinary calendar use does not consume them.

Works with the calendar you already use

From the Starter plan up, Schedulify imports and exports events with specific Google calendars, so you can keep Google Calendar as the record of your meetings and let Schedulify handle the planning on top. See Google Calendar sync for what syncs and how.
